Save the date: Sunday, September 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM will be the 4th annual Bike Ride for the Railway, which supports both the restoration of the rail cars through Clinton Northen Railway Museum under the Clinton County Arts Council, and the Friends of the Federik Meijer Clinton-Ionia-Shiawassee Rail Trail.

The Bike Ride for the Railway features multiple routes from 7 to 60 miles long that use the rail trail and paved roads through the mid-Michigan countryside. (Portions of the trail outside the cities are paved with crushed limestone laid last fall.)

The Bike Ride will also include 2 choices for families: one along the paved trail in the city limits of St. Johns and the other goes from the trail about 4 miles north to Motz Park. Cider and donuts will be furnished at all SAG stops.

Registration form is attached. Cost is $15/ind - Fam/$30. After Sept. 1 $20/ind - Fam/$40. The 2 short Family Rides are $20 total for 2 adults and kids under 12.
